摘要
观察二硫化碳接触后大鼠、小鼠和人体血中Zn,Cu含量的变化。与相应对照组比较,各接触组血中Zn,Cu含量无明显变化,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。
The changes of blood zinc and copper contents in rats, mice and workers exposed to carbon disulfide (CS_2) have been observed. The results show that there was no significant difference between CS_2-- groups and the control. It is suggested that the effect of CS_2 on the content of zinc and copper in the blood was not changed significantly under the condition of this study.
