Right Hepaticoduodenostomy for Complieated Biliary Stenosis with Hepatobiliary Stones

胃及胆道多次术后复杂性胆管高度狭窄并肝胆管大量结石患者,于再次术中,既无可供吻合的肝外胆管又无左、右肝切除的指征和条件,更无可利用的肠道等特殊情况下可采取右肝胆管十二指肠残端吻合术。

A case, who had the severe complex biliary stenosis with hepatobiliary gallstones after received several times about the operations of stomach and biliary duct, was reported. During the reoperation, be- cause authors neither find that extrahepatic ducts and intestine were used for anastomosis nor the indica- tion and conditions of left or right hepatic lobetomy, a new special surgical method which was anastomo- sis between right hepatical duct and duodenal stump was adopted in this particular conditons. The opera- tive feasibility was also discussed in the paper.
