摘要
为了探索小麦杂种面粉的淀粉品质及其与亲本的关系 ,研究了由 31个不同生态类型的常用小麦品种(系 )组配的 4 5个小麦杂种 (F1 植株上的自交种子 F2 )面粉的 RVA参数及其与双亲面粉 RVA参数的关系。结果表明 :(1) 4 5个小麦杂种的 7个 RVA参数均存在广泛的遗传变异 ,其中以回复值的变异最大 ,最高的杂种达 180 1RVU ,最低的仅为 4 5 0 RVU ;变异最小的是峰值时间 ,最高的杂种为 6 .2 0 m in,最低为 5 .6 7m in;(2 )杂种所有 RVA参数平均值均高于亲本的平均表现 ,但杂种的 RVA参数的变异系数小于亲本的变异系数 ;(3)小麦杂种面粉 RVA参数与双亲面粉 RVA之间的关系因性状不同而异 ,其中在峰值粘度、低谷粘度和峰值时间三个性状上 ,杂种 RVA参数与双亲 RVA参数呈极显著或显著正相关 ,而其余 4个参数则因组合的不同而异 ,相关关系未达显著水平 ;(4)方差分析结果初步表明 ,小麦杂种 F1 代植株上的种子之间在 RVA参数上存在显著的分离现象。
In order to exploit the amylaceous quality of wheat hybrid and the relations with their parents, seven RVA characteristics of wheat flour from thirty one common varieties (lines) and their forty five hybrid were studied. The result showed: (1) all the seven RVA characteristics of the forty five wheat hybrids had wide genetic varations, among which setback had the broadest variation, ranged from 450 RVU to 1801 RVU, peak time had the narrowest varation, ranged from 5.67 min to 6.20 min; (2) the mean of all the hybrid RVA pasting properties were higher than the parents, but the CV of the hybrid RVA pasting properties were smaller than the parents; (3) in the seven RVA characteristics of the forty five hybrids of the RVA characteristics, peak viscosity, trough viscosity and peak time of the hybrids were significantly correlate with those of their parents , while the other four were not; (4) the results of ANOVA showed that very significant separation among the seeds of the hybrid plants were observed in RVA characteristics.
