室间隔缺损伴主动脉瓣脱垂的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment on Ventricular Septal Defeat Associated with Prolapse of Aortic Valve

我院自1988年1月～1991年7月共收治室间隔缺损168例,其中室缺伴主动脉瓣脱垂8例,经手术治疗效果满意,现报告如下。1 临床资料本组8例中,男性7例,女性1例,年龄4～26岁,平均11.6±8.7岁。临床表现为胸骨左缘第2～4肋间收缩期杂音Ⅰ～Ⅳ级,其中5例伴舒张期杂音Ⅰ～Ⅲ级,脉压差5.5～11kPa。术前常规行彩色多普勒扇超检查,3例伴有中度主动脉瓣关闭不全,其中1例同时作升主动脉造影。2例伴有轻度主动脉瓣关闭不全。所有病例的室缺位置。

This is a report on experience of open heart surgery under CPB in 8 ventricular septal defect asso- ciated with prolapse of aortic valve. In 8 patients, 2 repaired defect by direct sutures, 3 by patch closure, 3 by patch closure while aortic valvuloplasty was taken. Surgical management of ventricular septal defect, and surgical indication and treatment of associated aortic insufficency were discused. The results of surgical treatment were satisfactory.
