摘要
用比较研究方法观察不同浓度余甘子汁对大、小鼠红细胞SOD、血清LPO,Zn,Cu和体重的影响。结果表明,实验组大鼠SOD活性增强,组间差异明显,60%浓度组>30%组>对照组(P<0.001),Zn,Cu水平也相应提高(P<0. 001),LPO含量降低(P=0.01),体重增长速度高于对照组。小鼠SOD活性60%组高于其他组(P<0.01),但Zn,Cu水平无显著改变。提示余甘子影响大、小鼠体内的自由基反应,降低脂质过氧化物——LPO含量,提高红细胞SOD活性及与其相关的Zn,Cu水平。
The two concentrative infusion of Phyllanthus Emblica L were instillated into rats and mice, in order to observe the activity of superoxide dismute (SOD), the content of Lipid Peroxide (LPO) and the levels of serum Zn, Cu. The results showed that the activity of RBC SOD increased differently in exper- imental groups: A (60%) group>B (30%) group>C(contral) group (P<0. 001); The content of serum LPO decreased differently C group>B group>A group (P=0. 01); The level of serum Zn and Cu raised singnifically (P=0. 007, P<0. 001), advanced speed of weight A group was higher than that of C group. SOD activity of A group was much higher than that of B and C group (P<0. 01), the levels of Zn, Cu among three groups were not singnificant difference (P>0. 05) in instillated mice. It is suggested that Phyllanthus Emblica L influence free radical reaction in rats and mice, enhance markedly the activity of SOD and the level of serum Zn and Cu, and decrease the content of serum LPO.
