摘要
宋氏Ⅰ相抗原是由宋氏痢疾杆菌的毒力质粒决定的。应用转座子Tn3和Tn5分别对宋氏Ⅰ相抗原质粒进行转座试验,获得16株Ⅰ相抗原突变菌株,用内切酶对Tn3插入突变质粒进行分析,发现宋氏Ⅰ相抗原质粒pFEG 0011被Tn3插入后,其Sal Ⅰ第1及第2片段均发生插入突变而不能表达Ⅰ相抗原,表明该2个片段均系与Ⅰ相抗原表达有关的DNA序列,由此推测Ⅰ相抗原表达的有关基因可能是分散的或分布较大的范围。
In the present study, some Form I-negative Tn3 and Tn5 insertion mutants of the Form I plas- mids, pFEG 001 and pFEG 0011, have been obtained. Restriction patterns of two Tn3 insertion mutant plasmids, pTI 1 and pTI 2, showed that the Tn3-insertion site were in the first and second Sal I DNA fragments of pFEG 0011.
