饲料乳酸菌类益生素的作用机制和应用 被引量:49

摘要 乳酸菌是一类近几年来研究较多的益生素。大量试验结果表明 ,乳酸菌中的一部分菌种对人和动物的保健和疾病治疗有效果。本文主要介绍了乳酸菌类益生素的作用机理 :提供部分必需氨基酸和维生素 ,产生酸和酶类 ,帮助宿主消化 ;调整消化道微生态平衡 ,通过颉颃作用抑制和排斥有害菌 ,以粘附抗性和竞争排斥限制有害菌体内定植 ,清除肠胃内有害物质 ; Lactic acid bacteria(LAB) have been studied much for probiotic use in the past few years.Many researches indicated that some species of LAB have potential therapeutic and healthy effect on human and amimals.Here we describe three probable probiotic mechanisms of LAB.Some LAB can provide some kinds of essential amino acid(EAA) and vitamins for the host use and secret organic acids and digestive enzyme,which improve the digestive rate of feed or food.They can also influence the balance of the intestinal microecosystem.Antagonism,adhesion resistance and competition exclusion are the possible mechanisms that LAB inhibit the growth and colonization of the potential intestinal pathogen.Furthermore,some LAB utilize some toxic substances,such as toxic amines et al,so that the intestinal circumstance can be cleaned.meanwhile,most of LAB can stimulate the immune systern of the host to resist the invasion of the pathogen.
