查干银矿1~#矿体胶结充填材料配比及成本优化

Cementing Filling Materials Proportioning and Cost Optimization for No.1 Orebody at Chagan Silver Deposit

针对查干银矿 1# 矿体所采用的下向分层碎石胶结充填法 ,进行充填材料配比试验及成本优化试验研究 ,得出了满足查干银矿井下胶结充填安全生产条件和达到最佳充填直接成本的充填材料最优配比 :a .首采分层为水∶水泥∶河砂∶碎石 =0 .8∶1∶3 .2∶9.6;b .首层以下为水∶水泥∶河砂 :碎石 =0 .8∶1∶4.8∶14.4。

In view of the downward layered gravel cementing filling method adopted for No.1 Orebody at Chagan Silver Mine,tests were made on the proportioning of cementing materials and the cost optimization.The optimum ratios of the filling materials that could ensure a safety underground cementing filling operation and a best direct cost for filling were found to be :a.for the first layer,water∶cement∶riversand∶gravel=0.8∶1∶3.2∶9.6 and b. for layers under the first one,0.8∶1∶4.8∶14.4.
