摘要
此泥浆泵采用立式三缸单作用结构 ,柱塞喷有陶瓷材料 ,采用二速变速箱 ,设计成双流量以满足不同地质条件和不同孔径的要求 ,此泵轴受交变载荷作用 ,通过受力分析找出了各作用力产生的原因 ,为准确可靠设计泵轴给出了相应的计算方法。
This article introduce a now type of dredge pump with vcrtical,three cylinder,single acting structure that plungcr is sprayed with ceramic material.Two-velocity gear-box with double flux is designed to cater for the purpose of adapting to the geological enviroment and the requircmont of different bore diameter.The producing reason of all point of application is found by mechanies analysis since pump shaft is acted by interehangeable load,It provides reasonable calculational methods with pump shaft to be designed accuratcly.
