摘要
成形联接相对于平键、花键联接 ,具有承载能力大、结构尺寸小等优点。但由于加工困难 ,限制了其使用。结合数控加工的特点 ,主要探讨了成形联接的数控磨削加工 ,并提出在车铣中心的基础上改装专用磨床用于成形加工。
Compared with key and splined joint,shaped joint has its distinguishing features,such as high working load,small size,as well as its sheer difficulty of manufacturing,which limits its using in engineering.This paper focuses on the NC grinding of the shaped joint,then presents a design of the CNC special grinding machines based on the CNC lathing-milling center.
