According to analyses and compare abrasion resistance technology of mechanical part and component, introduces utilizing high-energy ion technology to inject and permeate carbide tungsten into the surface of steel body,in order to form carbide tungsten-steel abrasion resistant material.This kind of material has high abrasion resistance,good processing performance,and high performance and price ratio,and is a substitute and more advanced product for many abrasion resistant mechanical parts used in the coal industry.
