摘要
大型轴流式通风机在吊装、运输过程中 ,壳体往往会产生微量变形 ,从而导致风叶的叶顶间隙在某些位置偏大 ,在另一些位置又偏小的问题 ,若不对这些间隙加以调整则会影响风机的安全运行。指出了以往采用磨削叶顶的办法进行调整的缺点 ,提出了新的调整办法和思路。
In the process of hoisting and conveying, the case of large scale axial flow fan often occurs microscale modification,then leads to the top chink of blade is big in some place and the top chink of blade is small in other place.If the chink of blade can't be readjusted, it would influence fan running safety.This paper points out the shortcoming about cutting blade top method,the puts forward new readjust method and train of thought.
