摘要
介绍了前混合磨料射流用于钢管内壁除锈的试验系统以及试领情况。结果表明:前混合磨料射流钢管内壁除锈装置,完全适合对钢制管件的除锈工作。是一种高效率、低能耗的管件涂装前预处理工艺设备。
The paper introduces the experimental system and process of rust removal of inner wall of steel tube by use premixing abrasive jet. The results show that the premixing abrasive jet rust removal equipment is fully applicable for rust remowal of steel tube , which is a pretreatment equipment with high effciency and low power consumption before giving the steel tube paint coating.
