摘要
根据离心浇注的铸造工艺特点,推导了离心压力下金属的凝固收缩和补缩数学模型,模拟计算了铸件的温度场和收缩缺陷。提出了离心压力场中缩松预测的判据,将其应用到铸件数值模拟预测中,数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合,说明通过数值模拟可以优化工艺措施以达到消除缩孔缩松缺陷的目的。
The paper derives the mathematical model of solidification shrinkage and feeding a casting of metal under the action of centrifugal pressure force based on the features of centrifugal casting technique, simulatively calculates the temperature field and shrinkage defect of a casting, and puts forward the criterion of shrinkage porosity forecast in centrifugal pressure force field which is applied to the numeral simulated forecast of a casting.The results of numeral simulation basically is identical with that of experiment, which shows that the numeral simulation can make the technological measures optimize so as to achieve the aim eliminating shrinkage porosity and cavity of a casting.
