270km/h高速动力车流线型活动侧窗研究

摘要 对270km/h高速动力车司机室流线型活动侧窗进行了研究。侧窗采用三维建模,轮廓线/面用NURBS曲线/曲面描述,提出了可行的机构设计方案,并进行了干涉检验。此种新型侧窗可减小高速动力车外形设计难度,提高空气动力学性能,增强司机室结构强度。 Streamline cab side-window on270km/h high-sp eed train is developed.Three dimensional modeling method is ap plied to the sid e-window and its edges/surfaces are described as NURBS curves/surfaces.A fea sible de-sign is presented and interference is tested.This new type side-wind ow can decrease the shaping difficulty,im prove aero dynamic characteristic and strengthen cab structure of high-speed train.
