建立了合金膜的分维和组分、组元的联系，并解释了Pd－Si合金膜的分维随Si组分增加而减少以及镍基合金膜的分维随合金组元改变而变化的实验事实．

This paper establishes the reationship of the fractal dimension or alloy film to the Constituent and the component. Then it goes on to explain the two experimental facts; the fractal dimension of Pd-Si alloy film decreases with the increase of the constituent of silicon and that of the nickel-based alloy film changes with the change of the alloy component.
