摘要
在分析MRPⅡ的基本原理和总结MRPⅡ管理模式特点的基础上,重点研究了在企业内外环境变化的今天,MRPⅡ管理模式的适用性问题,并对其局限性进行了探讨.该项工作是研究当今环境对传统生产计划与控制模式影响的开端,并有助于进一步研究企业生产计划与控制的新模式和新方法.
Analyzing the basic principle of MRPII and concluding the characteristics of MRPII, this paper studies the applicability and the limits of MRPII are completed in the present varying inside and outside circumstances of enterprise. This study is the beginning of studying the present circumstance effects on the traditional production planning and control pattern, and is useful to study some new ways of enterprise production planning and control.
