使用统一的量值作为优化标准．较深入地考虑了影响导流方案选定的各种因素及其影响程度，以达到较理想的优化效果．
The unified value is used as optimum standard considering more deeply the several factors which affect on the choice of diversion scheme, to arrive at providing a more ideal re- sult of optimization.
