摘要
探讨橡胶接触轮硬度、每次进给的磨削深度、磨削力和砂带磨损对工件表面粗糙度的影响.结果表明,砂带磨削是一种安全、高效的加工方法,工件加工表面光滑平整.可以取代原来的手工操作.
The hardness of the rubber contact wheel, the grinding depth of the workpiece per feed once. and the grinding force and wear of the belt are studied as to the influence of the surface roughness of the workpiece. Results show that grinding by belt is a safe and efficient method and the working surface of the workpiece is smooth. This method can be used in the stead of the operation by hand.
