摘要
针对工程实际中低频振动监测常被忽视的状况 ,讨论了工程中低频振动测量的要求 ,包括对大型水轮发电机组、桥梁、高楼和大坝等大型工程结构的振动监测和故障诊断以及其它工程领域的低频振动测量。文中还讨论了结构模态测试、动态应力应变测量、局部损伤检测对于振动传感器、信号处理技术的要求 ,并针对现有的测振传感器的不足 ,提出一种采用串联校正的、高灵敏度。
The article discusses the measurement of low frequency vibration in different fields, including vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis in hydro turbo generators, in large engineering structures (such as long spanned bridges, high buildings, dams, etc.) and in other engineering fields. The problems concerning vibration pick ups and signal processing in structural modal testing, measurement of dynamic stress strain and detection of local defect are also discussed. In the paper different types of transducers used for low frequency vibration measurement and their limitationes are given. A new seismic vibration transducer with serial correcting circuit, which leads to high sensitivity along with high reliability, is introduced.
