摘要
本文从热力学和动力学这两方面阐述了熔盐腐蚀的电化学研究方法。总结了金属在熔融氯化物、硫酸盐、碳酸盐、硝酸盐中的 E-pO_2-图,Na-M-S-O 相图和金属氧化物在熔融硫酸盐中的溶解度。讨论了弱极化曲线拟合方程和腐蚀电流密度与微分极化电阻之间的关系。电化学技术是评价合金耐蚀性能,监控熔盐腐蚀速度的有效工具。
Electrochemical approach for the study of corrosion in molten salts has been described from thermodynamic as well as kinetic viewpoints,.The potential vs.pO^(2-) diagrams for Ni,Fe,Cu,Ag etc.in al- kali chloride,sulfate,carbonate and nitrate melts,Na-M-S-O phase diagrams and Solubility of oxide in molten sodium sulfate are summarized.The formulas of polarization curve fitting and correlation between corrosion current density and differential polarization resistance are discussed.It is concluded that electrochemical technique is a suitable tool for assessing the corrosion resistance of metals and for monitoring the rate of corrosion in molten salts.
