施磷对银杏叶产量及黄酮含量的影响 被引量:23

摘要 按 0、1.0、2 .0、3.0、4 .0 g/盆 (以P2 O5计 ) 5个水平进行施肥试验 ,结果表明 :不同施磷水平对银杏叶产量有显著影响。银杏苗木施磷量在 2 .0 g/盆 (以P2 O5计 )之内 ,磷的增施对银杏叶产量有良好的促进作用 ,以2 .0g/盆 (以P2 O5计 )处理为最佳 ,而超过 2 .0g/盆 (以P2 O5计 )时 ,苗木体内养分失去平衡 ,叶产量开始下降。 5种施磷处理中 ,以 4 .0 g/盆 (以P2 O5计 )处理的叶片黄酮浓度最大 ,2 .0 g/盆 (以P2 O5计 )和 3.0 g/盆 (以P2 O5计 )处理的单株黄酮总量最大。通过施磷量与黄酮总量的关系方程 ,可求解出 ,2 .71g/盆 (以P2 O5计 )为 2年生银杏叶用园的最佳理论施磷量 ,可望获得单位面积上最高的黄酮产量。 In order to study the effects of phosphorus application on leaves output and flavonoid concentration in leaves of ginkgo seedlings, two-year-old ginkgo seedlings were transplanted to grow in pot culture at five levels of phosphorus (P 2O 5) supply, namely, 0, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0g P 2O 5per pot. The results of the trial show that different levels of phosphorus supply had remarkable effects on leaf output. With increasing the levels of P 2O 5 supply from 0 to 2.0g P 2O 5 per pot there was greater leaf output, while with increasing levels of P 2O 5 from 2.0 to 4.0g P 2O 5 per pot leaf output decreased, which indicated that seedlings were injured by excessive phosphorus supplies. Among five treatments of phosphorus application, the treatment 4.0g P 2O 5 per pot was the best for flavonoid concentration in leaves and the treatments 2.0g P 2O 5 per pot and 3.0g P 2O 5 per pot were the best for flavonoid yield in per seedling of ginkgo. There are quadric relationships between flavonoid yield and phosphorus supplies. Based on the relationships, regression models were established and proper application amount of phosphorus 2.71g P 2O 5 per pot for two-year-old ginkgo leaf-producing plantation was obtained, by which the greatest flavonoid yield in per unit area could be expected.
