脱毒马铃薯感染青枯病后根部的生理变化

摘要 用肿囊腐霉的孢子悬液分别对脱毒马铃薯抗病自交系 F1 和感病自交系 F的扦插苗进行接种 ,并测定了接种后根中苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)、过氧化物酶 (POD)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性和可溶性蛋白的含量。结果表明 ,接种后 ,脱毒马铃薯抗病自交系 F1 的 PAL 活性曲线呈现 2个峰 ,而感病自交系 F的 PAL 活性曲线呈现 1个峰 ;病原菌感染早期 ,F1 ,F的 POD和 SOD活性都有不同程度的下降 ,但到后期 ,F1 的 POD和 SOD活性均迅速回升 ,而 F的则继续维持低水平 ;F1 的可溶性蛋白含量在接种后呈现 1个峰 ,到后期维持较高含量 ,而 F的可溶性蛋白含量持续减少。 Dynamic changes in activities of phenylalanine ammonialyase,peroxidase,superoxide dismutases and soluble protein contents were analysed during infection by pythium inflatum in resistant inbred line F 1 and susceptible inbred line F of dehydrated virus potato.After inoculation,the activities of the PAL of F 1 showed two peaks,while that of F showed only one peak.In initial stage of penetration by the fungus,POD and SOD activities in both resistant and susceptible inbred lines showed a trend of decrease,while in late stage of the infection F 1 displayed greater increase of POD and SOD.But the activity of both enzymes in F still stayed in a lower level.In initial stage of infection,soluble protein contents of F 1 showed one peak and become significantly higher on the contrary.But that of F showed a trend of decrease.
