摘要 采用一步法和二步法研究玻璃化冷冻保存的牛生发泡 (GV )期和体外成熟 (IVM)卵母细胞的发育潜力。结果表明 ,冷冻基础液 PBS和 TCM199在玻璃化冷冻中的效果差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;冷冻程序和卵母细胞发育阶段对冷冻效果有明显影响 ,二步法冷冻效果显著优于一步法 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,IVM卵母细胞冷冻效果显著优于GV期 (P<0 .0 5 )。 The developmental competences of bovine IVM and GV stage oocytes cryopreserved by vitrification were studied.The results showed that there was no significant differences between TCM199 and PBS in vitrification as the holding medium ( P >0.05),whereas the step of cryopreservation and development stage had significant effects on the development capacity of frozen-thawed bovine oocytes,the development capacity with two step vitrification was better than that with one step vitrification after thawing.The fertilization rates and the cleavage rates of GV oocytes were significantly lower than that of the IVM oocytes( P <0.05).
