在电力市场中 ,系统运行方式的多样性使得电网发生输电阻塞的概率大大增加。根据实时电价理论 ,输电阻塞是产生节点电价差别的主要因素。输电传输阻塞合同为电网使用者提供了套购保值的机会。文中提出了输电传输阻塞合同的即时拍卖方法 ,通过算例验证了理论的正确性和有效性。

In the power market, for the varieties of the real time operation of power system, the probability of transmission congestion increases greatly. For most transmission, large differences in locational prices would be dominated by the difference in congestion costs in terms of theory of the Spot Pricing of Electricity. The holders of the TCCs(Transmission Congestion Contract) have a perfect hedge for the spot price of transmission congestion. A concurrent auction method of TCCs is suggested in this paper. Numerical examples are used to illustrate that the theory is correct and efficient.
