提高摩托车干荷电池的综合性能

摘要 研究了负极添加剂用量、添加剂分散方法和正极板漂洗时间对干荷摩托车铅酸蓄电池的低温高倍率放电性能、充电接受能力和储存性能的影响。试验表明,适量的负极添加剂是提高电池低温性能和充电接受性能的关键,用量过少,低温性能不好;用量过多,充电接受性能较差;湿法分散比干法分散好,可以使添加剂分布更加均匀,使电池质量稳定;对正极板进行合理的漂洗,可以提高电池的工作电压。 Effects of the amount of negative additives, dispersing methods to additives and washing time for positive plate on the highrate discharge performance at low temperature, the charge acceptability and the storing property were studied. The test results show that the proper amount of negative additives is the key factor for improving the lowtemperature performance and charge acceptability of battery. That is, little amount results bad lowtemperature performance whereas large amount causes low charge acceptability. Moreover, additives can be distributed more uniformly by wetdispersion compared with drydispersion. The appropriate washing for positive plate is also favorable to improve the operating voltage of battery.
