高压变频调速中LC滤波电容与异步电机之间的自激 被引量:9

摘要 对发生自激时变频装置的滤波器和异步电机的单相等值电路进行分析 ,推导出自激时 LC滤波电容与异步电机频率及电机参数的关系。建立变频装置驱动空载异步电动机 JSQ 1 5 7- 8的仿真系统 ,通过对封锁脉冲后自激现象的观察 ,分析自激幅度与电机参数、滤波电容以及直流电容电压等的关系。仿真结果与正在研制的变频装置脉冲封锁后发生自激的实验结果吻合 ,表明理论分析与仿真计算正确。最后提出了 The equivalent circuit of LC filter and induction motor of the high-voltage variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) device is analyzed. The theoretical analysis shows that the self-exciting frequency depends on the parameters of filter capacitor and induction motor. A simulation system of the device is proposed, and the consistency between simulation results and the experimental testing results proves the effectiveness of presented simulation models. Based on the simulation results, the relations between self-excitation and the induction motor parameters, filter capacitor and DC capacitor voltage are analyzed. Finally, the paper presents the data selection of filter and measures for preventing self-excitation.
