摘要
黄石发电股份有限公司 2 0 9号炉 ( 2 0 0 MW机组 )采用了水平浓淡燃烧器 ,用来提高浓相煤粉浓度 ,降低着火热 ,从而在 1 0 0 MW负荷下能不投油进行稳定燃烧 ;在高负荷下通过二次风的引入 ,有效的降低和均衡了一次风浓度 ,弱化了燃烧 ,防止了燃烧器喷口烧损。
The horizontal Densification burner was applied in No.209 boiler (200MW generators) of Huangshi Power Generation Co. Ltd. Increasing the concentration of coal powder and decreasing the kindling temperature can stabilize combustion stabilized without oil at 100MW output. With the introduction of the secondary air at high load, the primary air concentration was decreased and balanced effectively, the combustion was weakened, the damage of burner throat, the coking and high temperature corrosion of boiler wall were prevented.
