从控制安装质量 ,保证设备安全稳定运行出发 ,对 FZ1 - 2 A型“C”形折返式转子翻车机安装调试过程中的托辊装置、端环的安装找正及油循环和液压调试几个重点难点进行了探讨 ,并提出了解决问题的具体办法 ,可供借鉴。

Discussion on the important and difficult matters, such as to install the idler device and end ring, the commissioning of hydraulic system during the assembling and commissioning of FZ1 2A 'C' rotary tipping device, were given. The resolved method was suggested for reference.
