摘要
汉川电厂 3号炉减温水调节阀原为 ABB公司生产的 1 2 -83 5直通式减压调节阀 ,该型号阀门在运行中阀座多次出现环向裂纹并导致严重的内漏。对其原因进行了分析 。
The regulating valve for desuperheating water of No.3 furnace in Hanchuan Power Plant was originally equipped with 12 835 through way transforming valve manufactured by ABB.During operation many annular crazes occurred on valve base and led to serious inner leakage.In this paper,the cause was analyzed and the type selection of the regulating valve was discussed in accordance with the requirement of its operation condition.
