摘要
文章分析了超声电动机调相调速的机理 ,提出了基于单片机控制的超声电动机调相调速系统 ,并且设计了相应的硬件电路和应用软件。实验表明 ,该系统具有低速起动平滑 ,线性度好 ,无需换向开关 ,调相调速范围宽等优点。另外该系统对谐振频率实施在线搜索跟踪 ,保证了超声电动机的优良性能不变 ,这是该系统的又一特点。
On the basis of timing by modulating phase analysis of ultrasonic motor,this paper proposes the speed control system of ultrasonic motor by modulating phase,which uses the SCM control,and designes its hardware and software.Experiments show that the system has good performances,for example,flat at low speed starting,good linearity,no switch needed to exchange direction,wide area for adjusting speed by modulating phase and so on.In addition,this system can scan and track resonance frequency in real time way and has no affect on the good performance of ultrasonic motor.
