摘要
文章介绍了以 PL C为控制核心的真空磁力控制站测控系统的控制原则和技术要求 ,阐述了监控程序和各功能模块程序的设计方法并绘制了其流程图 ,针对编程过程中遇到的问题提出了具体解决方案。分析了影响测控系统正常工作的干扰因素并制定了相应的软件抗干扰措施。磁力控制站的初步运行表明 ,该测控系统配合本文介绍的应用程序具有传统测控系统无法比拟的实用性、可靠性和安全性。
Controlling Principle,technology requirement of vacuum magnetic-switchgear based on programming logic controller(PLC)are introduced.The design methods of monitor program and subroutines are expounded and their flow charts are plotted.The explicit resolutions for the problems met in the course of program design are proposed.In addition,different interference signals in the switchgear are analyzed and anti-disturbance measures are adopted,all these are included in this paper.It has been proved by preliminary tests that this measurement and control system with its application programs is more utilizable,reliable and safety than other traditional systems.
