微量元素硒和维生素E联合应用对家兔实验性脂质过氧化的保护作用

The protective effect of trace element Se used in conjunction with Vitamin E against chlolesterol-induced ex perimental peroxidation in rabbits

目的:探讨Se和VitE联合应用对胆固醇诱发家兔脂质过氧化的保护作用。方法:制作动物模型,设对照组,分组进行脂代谢观察。结果:Se、VitE联合应用降脂、抗脂质过氧化作用,优于单独应用。结论:Se、VitE联合应用有协同抗脂质过氧化作用,亦可升高HDL水平。

Objective To investigate the protective effect of Se used in conjunction with vitamin E against chlolesterol-in-duced lipid peroxi dation in rabbits.Method The animal models were made and the control groups were designed to investigate the metabolism of lipid in groups.Results The usuage of Se in conjunction with Vitamin E was more effective in decreasing the blood fat and protecting against the lipid peroxidation than the usuage of Se or Vitamin E alone.Conclusion The usuage of Se in conjunction with Vitamin E has the cooperative effect of pro tecting against lipid peroxidation and the effect of increasing HDL level.
