摘要
用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析酯酶同工酶,使酶谱清晰度大为提高.用此法分析了我国北纬35°和45°地区四种进化类型的大豆种子.结果表明,不同进化类型大豆种子的酯酶同工酶谱有较明显的差异.
A modified method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) to analyze esterase isoenzymes was used in this research. It improved greatly the resolution of isozymograms. The soybean seeds of four evolutionary types at Northern latitude 35 degrees and 45 degrees had been analyzed. The results show that the expression and regulation of some esterase isoenzyme genes are distinctly different in these evolutionary types.
