摘要
本文利用显微硬度和透射电镜研究了SiC晶须增强LD2铝(SiCw/LD2)的时效。结果表明,在150℃和170℃下时效时,SiCw/LD2复合材料及LD2合金的析出相为G.P.区。SiCw/LD2复合材料的时效过程比LD2合金略有提前。
Aging behavior are investigated in a silicon carbide whisker reinforced LD2 aluminum alloy composite by means of microhardness measurement and TEM observation.lt is found that G.P. zones occur in both of the composite and the matrix alloy after 150℃ and 170℃ aging.Aging is slightly accelerated in SiCw/LD2 composite.
