摘要
本文指出了常规设计中确定皮带轮几何偏心位置的方法的不足,并在考虑激振器轴心偏离筛体重心和系统刚度、阻尼不能忽略的情况下对自定中心的条件进行了精确的理论计算和分析.
In this paper, the method to determine the eccentricity used in ordinary designs is analyzed, and the auto-centering conditions are put forward and discussed, in consideration of the bearing centre departing from the centre of gravity of the screen, and the stiffness and damping of the system being inneglig-ible.
