摘要
本文应用数值模拟技术对钢——高铬铸铁镶铸件凝固过程中的一维非稳态温度场进行了模拟,提出了较合理的镶铸比计算方法,讨论了界面结合质量的影响因素,并给出了钢——高铬铸铁镶铸比的选择范围.
Numerical simulating technigue is used here to study the one demen-sional unstable temperature field in solidifying process of the steel casting inlayed high-Cr iron. The paper suggests a way to calculate the inlaying proportion and discusses the factors that affect the bonding quality. The range of the inlaying proportions is also given.
