以计算机模拟为基础的矿井胶带煤仓系统动态优化模型

摘要 在一个快速模拟模型的基础上,结合数学规划理论中的几种不同方法,开发了一个具有内部优化过程的胶带煤仓系统的优化设计模型.在这一模型中,既考虑了煤流的随机波动特性,也考虑了系统的其它动态特征.利用这一模型,可以通过一次计算选出系统中各胶带宽度、速度和各煤仓仓容的最优组合方案.这一模型已应用于中国两个正在设计的大型系统. Based on a rapid simulation model and combining the principles of different branches of mathematical programming, a belt-bin system design model with internal optimization process has been developed. In this model, both the dynamic characters of the systems and the stochastical behaviours of coal flows were taken into account. With the help of this model, the optimal combination of belt sizes, belt speeds and bin capacities can be selected by one computation. The model has been preliminarily applied to two lar belt-bin systems being designed in china.
