小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘与肺支原体感染的探讨

Discuss between Cough Variant Asthma and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

目的 观察探讨小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘与肺炎支原体感染的关系。方法 对 5 0例CVA患儿检测肺炎支原体抗体 ,并与 35例上呼吸道感染患儿及 30例正常小儿做对照。结果 CVA患儿检测MP -IgM阳性率达到 40 % ,明显高于两对照组 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 CVA患儿检测MP -IgM的阳性率较高 。

Objective To study the relationship between the cough variant asthma,CVA and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods The MP-IgM are detected in 55 children with CVA and 35 children with upper respiratory infection and 30 normal children controls.Result MP-IgM positive cases are 40% in the children with CVA,and that is higher than other groups of upper respiratory infection and Normal(P<0.0).Conclusion MP-IgM positive rate is higher in the children with CVA,it is referrence worthiness for directing clinic treatment.
