静脉输注尼莫地平治疗缺血性脑血管病32例护理体会

The Nursing Experiences in the Treatment Using Nimodipine Intravenous Infusion for the Patients of Ischemical Cerebrovascular Disease

目的 :探讨尼莫地平治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的护理措施和效果。方法 :对 32例缺血性脑血管疾病患者静脉滴注尼莫地平时加强一般护理 ,实施心理护理 ,注意不良反应观察及配制使用注意事项等。结果 :32例中 ,坚持输完 1个疗程 31例 ,占 96 9% ;中断治疗 1例 ,占 3 1%。结论 :正确的护理干预是配合尼莫地平治疗成功的关键环节之一。

Objective:To probe the nursing methods and effection in the treatment by using Nimodipine for patient of the Ischemical Cerebrovascular Disease Methods:32 cases of the Ischemical Cerebrovascular Disease were selected for the treatment by using Nimodipine through intravenous infusion By strenghthened ordinary nursing、implement the psychological nursing in the course of intravenous infusion、pay attention to the observation for the side effect Results:In the 32 cases,31 cases had completed one couse of the treatment,account for 96 9%,1 cases suspended,account for 3 1% Conclusion:Proper nursing is one important step in the treatment by using Nimodipine for Ischemical Cerebrovascular Disease
