新疆甜菜花叶病发生和病原病毒的研究

Study on Occurrence and Causal Virusof Beet Mosaic Disease in Xinjiang

1995～ 1 998年对新疆甜菜主产区甜菜花叶病的发生进行了调查 ,采集花叶标样 1 91个 ,并对毒原种类做了分离鉴定。结果表明 ,甜菜花叶病有 4种症状类型 ,且有不同的地区分布 ,又由不同的病毒侵染所致。这些病毒是甜菜花叶病毒 ( BMV) ,黄瓜花叶病毒 ( CMV)和真菌传杆状病毒属 ( Furoviuses)分离物。CMV自然感染甜菜在国内尚属首次报道。

During 1995～1998,the author had made investigation about beet mosaic disease in the main productive region of beet in Xinjiang,191 samples were obtained and identified.The results indicate,there are four types of beet mosaic diseases,distributing in different places and caused by different viruses.These viruses are Beet Mosaic Virus,Cucumber Mosaic Virus and an isolate of Furoviruses.This is the first report of CMV maturally infecting sugarbeet in China.
