摘要
对西瓜嫁接苗生长动态、根系吸收特性和叶片光合能力的研究表明 :西瓜嫁接苗与自根苗相比 ,根系发达 ,茎叶生长旺盛 ,根冠比 ( R/T)高 ;根系伤流量增加 ,吸收能力增强 ,伤流液中 NO-3— N、P、Ca、Mg含量高于自根苗 ,但 NH+ 4 —N和 K含量低于自根苗 ;嫁接苗叶片具有较高的光能转化效率、CO2 传导能力和暗反应活性 ,光合速率显著提高。
Growth trends,root absorption characteristics and leave photosynthetic ability of the grafted and non grafted watermelon seedlings were studied. The results showed that, compared with non grafted seedlings, the roots and shoots of grafted seedlings developed faster, the ratio of R/T in grafted seedlings was higher, the xylem exudate and the concentrations of NO - 3-N、P、Ca、Mg in the exudate increased in grafted seedlings ,but NH + 4-N and K decreased, the light energy transformation efficiency,CO 2 conductivity,dark reaction activity and photosynthetic rate were also much higher in leaves of grafted seedlings
