香菇无木代料适宜配方研究

Studies on Optimum Formulae of Non wood Substitute Cultivation of Lentinus Edodes

试验结果表明 ,用豆秸、玉米芯、棉秆、棉籽壳等均可代替栎木屑栽培香菇。尤其用豆秸或分别加入4 0 %的玉米芯、棉秆粉 ,菌丝长势旺盛 ,产量提高 2 9.3 9%～ 4 5.2 3 %,花菇率达 79.5%～ 81 .1 %,成本降低9.52 %～ 1 3 .81 %,产投比达 6.0～ 6.6∶ 1。用棉籽壳栽培时 ,产量、产值和纯利润最高 ,但成本增加 1 3 .81 %,产投比为 5.6∶ 1。玉米芯或棉秆均以加入 4 0 %的豆秸粉效益最好。

The results of experiment showed that bean stalk or corncob, cotton stalk and cotton seed hull all could replace oak sawdust as the material for substrate to cultivate shiitake. Especially using bean stalk substrate or supplemented with 40% corncob or powder of cotton stalk, its mycelium was growing luxuriantly, its yield increased by 29.39%～45.23%. The rate of 'Huagu' was up to 79.5%～81.1%, production cost was reduced by 9.52%～13.81%. Net profit increased by 42.56%～64.84%, ratio of output value and production cost was up to 6.0～6.6∶1. Using cotton seed hull substrate to cultivate shiitake, its yield, output value and net profit all were the highest, but its production cost increased by 13.81% , so its ratio of output value and production cost was 5.6∶1. Using corncob or cotton stalk substrate supplemented with 40% powder of been stalk respectively, the benefit were best.
