摘要
介绍了GD-X1型MNC系统的结构、工作原理和软件构成。系统的主要特点是;两轴联动时,两轴的进给速度由软件计算给出,由于各种原因引起的跟踪误差则由它们的位置反馈信号构成硬件的“位置/速度”调整环节进行补偿,使系统简单实用而跟踪精度又十分理想。
The design, operating principle and software structure of Model GD-X1 microcomputer numerical control system are presented. The major feature is as follows: during combined operation the feedrates of both axes are calculated and given by the software; tracing errors resulted from different reasons are compensated by 'position/speed' regulator which deals with position feedback signals, with the result that the system is not only simple in system, but practical in us. In addition, the positioning accuracy of the system is ideal.
