摘要
通过细菌接合试验,从 31 株鱼类病原菌中检测到 1 株含有可自身传递的耐药质粒,命名为 p W H101。该质粒具有四环素和磺胺 2 种抗性,经溴化乙锭处理,获得了该质粒被消除的抗性敏感株。质粒提取及电泳试验也证实了该质粒的存在,其分子量约为 107 kb 。
By bacterial matings, a transferable resistant plasmid, known as pWH101, was detected from 31 strains of bacterial fish pathogens. The resistant plasmid was encoded with resistance to tetracycline (Tc) and sulfonamid (Su). Its original host was Aeromonas hydrophila CJ26, a drug susceptible strain of CJ26 was identified by ethidium bromide curing. Moreover, the resistant plasmid was also verified by isolating, agarose gel electrophoresis and plasmid transformation. The molecular weight of the plasmid was about 107 kb.
