摘要
提出非惯性质心系之概念，推导出非惯性质心系中质点组动能定理、功能原理、机械能守恒定律。
In this paper, the conception of the noninertial for frame of centre of mass was given, the law of energy of motion and the principle of function and the law of conservation of energy of machine was concluded by the author of this paper.
