PILING UP THE GANGUE ADVISEN

煤矿矸石处理，必须征地堆积，20年里每年用于处理煤矸石征地费和电费的经费为100万元。本文通过地价上涨与银行利息的比较，建立教学模型，并对此模型的解决，给出20年经费使用的最优方案。并对不同的出矸率预测了处理煤矸石的最低费用。

To dispose of gangue of coal mine,We must make a requistion of land for piling up it. The funds of making requisition of land and the changes for elec tricity if about one hgundre ten thousands every year. Ths paper establishs the mathenatical model through comparing the rising of land's price and the interest of bank, and settles this model, drawing up a best plan for using the funds of twenty years, dlso at the same time,calculating the least cost of disposing the gangue for different rate of producing gangue.
