The norm of the mean curvature vector of the orientable m submanifolds in n space forms is estimated. In n space forms, the mean curvature norms between the closed orientable m submanifolds and the m geodesic spheres are compared. This can describe the extent to which the orientable submanifolds bend in space forms.
