摘要
根据 Penning阱中存储和探测离子的原理 ,研究改善离子谱分辨率的有效措施 ,发现离子谱的分辨率与 L C振荡回路的 Q值、阱中离子的密度及 L C回路的谐振频率有关 .在本实验中 ,采用谐振频率为 4 80 k Hz的 L C回路 ,当 Q在 12 0左右 ,电子束流在 4 0 μA左右时 ,得到了较高分辨率的离子谱 ,为深入开展 H+ n (n≥ 3)
According to the survey principle of the ion stored in a Penning ion trap, an efficient method to improve the resolution factor of ion spectrum and the Q value of LC resonance electric circuit is developed. The ion spectrum with high resolution factor can be obtained at the Q value of about 120 and the electric current of about 40 μA, which makes better conditions for going deeper into the formation mechanism of ion H + n (n ≥3) and etc..
