摘要
分析印刷机滚筒腐蚀的特点 ,提出滚筒腐蚀深度呈 I型极大值分布 ,腐蚀寿命呈I型极小值分布 ,并通过导入腐蚀速度参量 ,建立起印刷机滚筒耐腐蚀可靠性设计理论及数学模型 ,实例计算表明该理论及模型可行。滚筒腐蚀失效不可忽视 ,特别在印刷机长时间使用后 。
The paper analyses the corrosive characteristics of the printing press cylinder.It points out that the corrosion depth is the I type biggest value distribution and the corrosive life span is the I type smallest value distribution .The theory and the anti corrosive reliability design mathematics model of the printing press cylinder is established by introducing the parameter of the corrosive speed. Finally the example is given to prove its feasibility. As a result the corrosion of the printing press cylinder can't be neglected, and especially after the machine has been used for a long time the anti corrosion reliability should be paid more attention to.
